Zesty Meatballs and Rice

Comments: This is recipie we found it at the Kraft website. It is easy and they taste pretty good. The secret is adding Kraft Catalina Dressing!.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 pouch (1/4 of 152-g pkg.) SHAKE'N BAKE Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
1 cup finely grated carrot
1/2 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1-1/4 cups water
1-1/2 cups MINUTE RICE Brand Rice, uncooked
  1. MIX meat, coating mix, carrots and cheese. Shape into 16 balls.
  2. COOK meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until browned.
  3. ADD dressing, soy sauce, water and rice. Bring to boil; simmer 1 min. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until rice has absorbed liquid.
Round Out The Meal Serve this one-pot dish with a side salad.
